Radio Swiss Jazz

Radio Swiss Jazz is a public service in the most literal sense: a jazz station from Switzerland's national broadcaster, SRG SSR, with no adverts and almost no talk. Just jazz, all day and all night.

The programming leans toward the mellow and swinging side: standards, piano trios, vocal jazz, smooth soul-jazz, with contemporary European players alongside the classics. It doesn't chase the avant-garde, and it doesn't play the same ten records either. The result is one of the most dependable jazz streams on the internet.

Working, writing, dinner, the hour after midnight. It sits comfortably in the background, and it's good enough to turn up.

Radio Swiss Jazz is one of the most played jazz stations on Vibique. For a different flavour, try TSF Jazz from Paris or WWOZ from New Orleans. Our guide Best jazz stations for late-night work has more, and Jazz has them all.
